Refund Policy for Seraphae


Thank you for shopping at Seraphae We appreciate your business and strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read this refund policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing from. Seraphae you agree to the terms outlined herein.

1. Sale Items:
Please note that products purchased at a discounted price, marked as "sale items," are not eligible for a 100% refund. We offer refunds on sale items only under specific circumstances, such as if the item is damaged upon receipt. However, partial refunds or store credits may be considered at our discretion.

2. 15-Day Return Policy:
We operates under a 15-day return policy, commencing from the date of item ordered. To initiate a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags intact.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt, must accompany the return request.

- We hold the right to reject any return request.


3. Return Process:
To request a return, please contact us at shopseraphae@gmail.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues:
We urge customers to thoroughly inspect their orders upon receipt. Should you identify any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate measures to rectify it.

5. Non-Returnable Items:
Any items that are on sale are non-returnable. All sales are final. Certain items are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, and hazardous materials. Please contact us for clarification if you have concerns regarding the return eligibility of a specific item. 

6. Exchanges:
For a prompt exchange, we recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a separate order for the desired replacement. Once your return is processed and approved, you may proceed with a new purchase. Please note you can only exchange your order with in 24 hours after order. After that period, exchanges will note be aloud.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
Customers residing within the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing for the cancellation or return of their order without justification. The conditions for return mirror those outlined in our general return policy.

8. Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval status for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that additional processing time may be required by your financial institution.

Please note we hold the right to reject refunds on sale items. All items bought on sale are final.
